Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical guidance, a dosing recommendation, or a claim of therapeutic effect. We do not provide administration instructions, protocols, or human-use guidance, and we do not sell injection supplies.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution acquiring these materials for lawful laboratory research, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of them in accordance with applicable regulations.

Who qualifies

We sell to researchers working in an institutional, academic, or commercial laboratory setting, and to individuals who can state a specific, lawful research purpose for the material they are ordering. At checkout you attest to that affiliation or purpose. We do not audit degrees, employers, or lab credentials, and we do not require paperwork before an order ships. The attestation is what we rely on, and it is also what the rest of this policy holds you to.

Where we ship

We ship to United States addresses only. If you subsequently reship, re-export, or otherwise transfer material to a third country, that transfer and any export-control obligation it carries are yours, not ours.

Resale and redistribution

Material is sold to the buyer for use in their own research. Reselling it, redistributing it, or otherwise supplying it onward to a third party is prohibited, regardless of whether that party would themselves qualify under this policy. If you need material for a collaborator’s lab, they need to order it directly.

Handling, storage and disposal

The confirmation above covers handling, storage, and disposal in general terms; the specifics are laboratory practice, not something we set. Our storage guidance covers temperature, reconstitution, and shelf life for lyophilized peptides, and our aseptic technique guidance covers contamination control in the lab. Disposal follows your institution’s chemical waste procedures and applicable local regulation.

If these terms are breached

Where we have reason to believe material is being acquired for any purpose other than laboratory research, we may decline or cancel the order before dispatch, refund it, close the associated account, and decline future orders. We may do so without prior notice and without stating a reason.
